I have apprehended a "pet" in the act of it violating some of my personal belongings. I cannot condone this. I tried chasing it off, but somehow it just keeps coming back!

Aw. Poor thing. It probably likes you. Is it one of the cats from the garden?

Likes me? Why in the stars would it like me, it doesn't even know me!

And it's not a cat, if it was a cat I would have just shoved it off on Jasper. I don't know what it is. It's just some sort of amalgam of ambulatory white fuzz with a wet nose that chews on things with its terrible little mouth.

That's pets for you. They get attached easily sometimes, even when it might not make sense to you.
